Absolutely amazing experience! When I took my first bite of the cookie I felt a certain joy that made me feel all warm and fuzzy!! I love all the employees and they’re all super helpful and quick with their hands ;) I cannot wait to go back and eat more cookies 🤗

Not my best order from Midnight Cookies & Cream. Somehow, or Other, I managed to get tiny little Dixie cup sized orders of ice cream. I ordered the banana pudding, and I ordered the strawberry cheesecake.. First, I am very disappointed that I ended up getting tiny Dixie cup sized one scoop container containers. I got two small of the strawberry cheesecake, and I got two of the banana pudding. I will never order it the way I did. I like having a larger serving so that I can save it for another night From a taste standpoint, I don’t think I would ever order that strawberry cheesecake again. It just doesn’t taste good for me.. The banana pudding, however, phenomenal. I should just stop at the ice cream store at some point and figure out what other favorites I might like. There might be a better way on your ordering page to let people know how small you’re one serving of ice cream is. Don’t worry, I will be ordering the banana pudding as long as I live here… Thank you for that. I’m sorry I didn’t hit my taste buds… Consistency was good. The flavor profile just wasn’t for me. I think it reminded me too much of strawberry quick when I was a kid that could be it. Keep up the g

Cookies and milkshakes are SO GOOD. There are so many delicious options to chose from!Staff was very friendly as well! Shown is the unicorn milkshake, which comes with a lady finger and a chocolate straw and the Oreo red velvet monster cookie🤤. The cookie comes out warm and gooey and the cream cheese filling is so delicious. Would definitely recommended, and I will be back!!

The perfect spot for a late night snack, super friendly staff, chill hangout spot, and an amazing variety of options. Been a regular here for a few months and always had something different. Have recommended to my friends and family and they all love it as well.

My family of 4 and I visited tonight for the first time as we are on vacation. The place is bright and colorful, but there wasn't a good vibe in this place. The female employee up front seemed annoyed that we had come in. We ordered 2 sugar cookie w/ chocolate ice cream sandwiches, and 2 chocolate chip cookie w/ vanilla ice cream sandwiches, and 1 single cookie. The cookies were stale and dry, the single cookie with the filling was the only warm one. We paid $27. and some change, for stale, dry, and nasty cookies, served by an employee that would rather have not been bothered to begin with. Afterward, my daughter needed a drink to help wash down her dry cookie, and I had to pay $2.05 for a bottle of water, that was marked 99¢ to begin with! We will not be back, and that's a big disappointment, because the decoration/design inside was so nice. The customer service and quality of the "food" served is severely lacking.
